Delete your QIP Assist account

This page is for accounts on QIP Assist, at wmebemqipassist.netlify.app and in the QIP Assist Android app by EM Evidence. You don't need the app installed to use it.

How to ask

Email hello@emevidence.org from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my QIP Assist account". If you can't email from that address, tell us the address on the account and we'll check it's yours before deleting anything.

We'll delete the account within one month and email you to confirm. If you want a copy of your projects first, export them from the app before you ask.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (email address, password or Google link, and name).
• Your account record: your roles and when you last signed in.
• All your QIP projects and everything in them.
• The links that show your projects to the supervisors and QIP leads you added.
• The audit records that name you (role changes, and project views by or of you).

We don't keep any of this after the account is deleted. If you're a supervisor or QIP lead, deleting your account doesn't delete your trainees' projects, which belong to them.

Signing out isn't deleting

Signing out, or uninstalling the app, leaves your account in place. Email us as above to remove it.
